Yesterday, Monday, was about starting the week with new goals. We thought about what we want to accomplish and made a decision to work towards our goal.
So how did it go? Did you stick with it and make progress?
I ran into an issue with my goal to exercise every day. I prefer going to exercise classes but learned today you have to sign up early if you want to go midday classes. It was too late!
That is what today is about. Reflecting on your goals and making adjustments to set yourself up for success. To quote Michael Scott (The Office), the rules are adapt, react, readapt, apt.
We put our plan into action and came across a roadblock. Adapt your plan. For me I have to make it a point of adding exercise sign ups to my routine the night before.
It's only day two of the new you. Make adaptations to your original plan to set yourself up for success.
And hey, don't be so hard on yourself!
